Previous lending experience is essential and you’ll have spent at least one year in banking or financial sales. Having developed your natural ability to listen, understand and connect with valued customers, you’ll ensure they can make informed financial choices.
Demonstrating your ability as an effective closer, you'll shine in consultancy and advice, proactively responding to referrals and leads. Delivering comprehensive financial solutions and risk management you'll take responsibility for growing a successful consumer lending portfolio.
We'll look to you to ensure your skills are available to various branches, so a flexible approach to hours and travel is essential, as is the ability to adapt to a busy schedule and still assist your colleagues. Ideally, you'll have a current driver's license to ensure full mobility.
